The Hophouse is a three-bedroom stunning barn conversion that has only been completed in 2019. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a range cooker, dishwasher and washing machine. Then a very large dining and lounge area with seating and dining for 8 +. Also downstairs there is a double/twin bedroom and a wet room that is accessible. Going upstairs there are 2 double /twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with showers.

The custom built, fully fitted kitchen lends itself to group dining with:

All of the cupboards are fully stocked with pots, pans, dishware and cutlery to make moving in for your stay hassle free. A large dining table sits in the open plan kitchen, which lends itself to delicious family style meals with family and friends.
The lounge area has two large comfortable sectional sofas, colour TV and plenty of space to play board games, rest & relax. In addition to the lounge area there is also a separate snug room for cosy reading and playing games.

Directions to Hop House
Note: Do not use ‘Sat Nav’ or ‘Multi Map’ to find us. From Bromyard take the Hereford Road A465.
Go through the village of Stoke Lacy. Leaving the village you start to climb the hill and turn right (half way up the hill) sign posted to Little Cowarne.
Travel along that road for approx 2 miles, go past the Three Horseshoes on your left, go down the hill and take the first left just before the phone box go past entrance to Little Cowarne Court then take the next right sign posted The Stables and Tack Room, then first right immediately after the wooden building. The Hop House is the large building with the two white capped Oast Houses at the end.
Accessibility information for Hop House
The Hop House has a large flat car park in front of the property which then has stone 20 cm steps (3) into the property via the front door. There is also disabled access at the back of the property, this is sign posted.
On entering the front door you are in the open plan kitchen and lounge.
The wet room is on the ground floor and has a shower, toilet and sink with appropriate grab rails, a shower chair can be provided (please request on booking).
We are able to hire hoists, oxygen and carers should you require them. NOTE: The Tack Room is a single storey building which is attached to The Stables and when booked together they can run as one large house with internal connecting doors that can then sleep up to 10 guests.
